THIS IS WHERE OUR JOURNEY BEGAN! A VISIT TO NEPAL IN 2004, IMMERSING OURSELVES IN THE MESMERIZING SOUNDS OF TEMPLE BELLS, HIMALAYAN SINGING BOWLS, SACRED HEALING DRUMS, AND THE ENCHANTING CHANTS OF MONKS AND HIGH LAMAS, TRANSPORTING US INTO A REALM OF SERENITY AND TRANQUILITY.
At just 12 years old, Jahmaal felt the profound energy emanating from the surrounding sounds. He knew he was going to do something with this one day. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a deep spiritual connection to the sounds and vibration, he embarked on a journey leading to the beginning of Eastern Vibration at 19.
While his mother, Christine Hays, oversaw a collective of spas with the Oberoi group, she seamlessly integrated singing bowls into the Oberoi Spas throughout India and beyond, introducing this transformative healing practice to guests worldwide. As her passion for this ancient modality grew, Christine left her corporate role in the Indian Spa Industry. She aimed to join forces with her son, Jahmaal, in a shared mission. Together, they were determined to share this profound ancient Healing Wisdom they gained in Nepal from Shamans, Monks, Gurus, and Villagers who had been passing down this ancient art across generations.
They developed a comprehensive training program, offering this ancient knowledge combined with scientific studies to people from diverse backgrounds around the world. Wellness Centers, Spas, Yoga Studios, elementary and high schools, and rehabilitation centers all became a canvas for sharing this transformative wisdom.

Jahmaal
FOUNDER
Jahmaal Hays-McIntyre is the founder of Eastern Vibration. He currently works as our international trainer and develops mindfulness programs for schools and businesses. Jahmaal is a multicultural meditation master and healing practitioner. He is a global citizen – born in Jamaica, and having lived throughout the Caribbean, Europe, and India. He holds a degree in Alternative Medicine and has a vast knowledge of yoga gained through healing masters and sages in Southeast Asia. Jahmaal observes the scientifically proven as well as esoteric practices, combining ancient and modern knowledge for profound experiences.
